Thin cotton briefs with a pouch for your junk. Runs small, I got a larger and normally medium fits fine. Very comfortable and looks good.
Purchased two black and two white XL. I received the same however in each colour there were two very different styles. One style wider waist band, the other much smaller style and cut. The wider band pairs are nice. The others are way too small.
