Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final and no refund will be issued without a proof of receiving a defective product or not receiving the product at all (Delivery Agreement).

Scope of Delivery Agreement
All paid purchases on bravepersonunderwear.com are aimed to be delivered within 60 days from receiving payment confirmation (with up to 90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to South America).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delays caused by a natural disaster, pandemic or limitations imposed by local authorities.)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of bravepersonunderwear.com or its affiliates.
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed bravepersonunderwear.com and made a payment directly to a third party)

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
1. You didn’t receive your order within the agreed delivery time. Our automated review reminder is sent approximately 60-days from order date and mentions what to do in case you haven’t received your order.
2. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has exceeded the agreed delivery time. You can do this by sending an email to sales@bravepersonunderwear.com with a copy of the order confirmation and tracking code.

Refunds
After your purchase, during processing, if for any reason we cannot fulfil the whole order or parts of it, we will refund the unfulfillable items.

All refunds will be processed via secure payment processor (Stripe). After the refund has been initiated, Closetters LLC is not liable to any further actions, compensations or explanations regarding your order. You will receive a notification email about the refund, this means we have initiated the refund through our system. Refund can take 10+ days to appear on your statement after getting notified of it. If the refund takes longer than 10 days, contact your bank for assistance.
